Experience and skills you will need:

• Education Status: You are a university student or graduate in Computer Science, a coding academy graduate, or a developer with a proven track record of practical software experience.
• Tech Basics: strong technical foundation, basic understanding of Git, containerization (Docker), internet protocols, databases, RESTful APIs, clean code principles, fundamental design patterns, and writing testable, maintainable software.
• System Curiosity: Interest spanning low-level concepts (Linux, networking) up to cloud orchestration (Kubernetes) and web services.
• Mindset: Quick grasp of new concepts, proactive problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Business-fluent English skills to collaborate effectively in international, agile teams.
