The impact you will create:

  • In this role, you will serve as a 2nd Level Support specialist for a Business Solution deployed across our company's Retail sector
  • The solution you will be responsible for enables a modern digital approach to visualizing all mandatory item prerequisites, including price, labeling, barcode, and more
  • You will act as a liaison between our international IT partners and the 3L Business Units, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and processing IT requests from various countries, taking corrective measures to resolve them, i.e. managing incidents and change requests

Experience and skills you will need:

  • Experience as an Application Support Consultant (preferably at a 2nd line level)
  • Experienced enough in working with ticketing systems and monitoring tools such as Nagios and Grafana
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, accompanied by good troubleshooting abilities
  • ITIL knowledge and certification are considered a plus
  • Ability to work independently and support the team's needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to integrate quickly into the team and adapt to new situations
  • Sufficient working level of English is required
  • Willingness to participate in On Duty shifts, based on a shared and predefined schedule, to support Prio 1 and Major Incidents outside of official business hours
