The impact you will create:

• As a Frontend Engineering Manager you will lead a team of talented frontend developers and play a key role in building and evolving our cloud portal.
• You will shape our customers' user experience and ensure that our portal is intuitive, high-performing, scalable, and future-proof.
• People Development: You foster the individual strengths of your team members and actively support them in achieving their career goals.
• Talent Acquisition: You identify and recruit the right candidates to further enhance the quality of our work.
• Service Ownership: You are responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of our cloud frontend apps. You play a key role in creating and validating system designs and ensuring the operational performance of those services.
• Quality Assurance: You conduct code reviews to ensure that our code meets requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and correctness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with Product Management, Design, and Backend Development, significantly contributing to the product's technical vision and roadmap.

Experience and skills you will need:

• Education: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Frontend Expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in frontend development and the implementation of software products using modern web frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.(preferably Angular)
• Leadership Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role (including project oversight) and a minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Soft Skills: You possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Languages: You are fluent in English.
