The impact you will create:

  • You will be responsible for the second-level support of our Microsoft 365 products
  • You will be analyzing and processing IT requests, incidents, problems and will be taking the respective measures to resolve them
  • You will be functioning as a connection between our 3rd level support and the technical departments in the countries as well as the business units
  • You will be connected to your customers via telephone, Microsoft Teams, or the internal ticketing system
  • You will be responsible for using, creation and updating of our technical documentation
  • You will be providing new knowledge for the technical departments in the countries by sharing knowledge base articles and conducting workshops
  • You will also be responsible for the support of business units to ensure the system readiness, which requires covering the standard business hours of the team (19:00 EET) based on a schedule


Experience and skills you will need:

  • Experience in IT and/or customer service
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.)
  • Good command of German and English (minimum level B2)
  • Willingness to offer support to others with high level of customer satisfaction
  • Communication and cooperation skills in the team
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting skills, solution-orientation
  • Ability to work independent and in a team environment
  • Accept new challenges with enthusiasm and learn easily
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management tool) is an advantage
  • Experience in 1L or 2L support is an advantage
