The impact you will create:

• You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition from M365 to Google Workspace, minimizing disruption and maximizing user adoption.Lead and mentor a team of productivity and collaboration specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance user experience and be involved in the day-to-day and project work.
• You will collaborate and synchronize the demands with other IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• You work in close collaboration with the HR team on any administrative tasks.

Experience and skills you will need:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of office productivity and collaboration.
• Technical knowledge of both M365 and Google Workspace platforms with migration experience highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Competency in German would be a great plus.
