The impact You will create:

  • You strengthen our international team in the Service & Support department of the Schwarz Group
  •  You support our IT colleagues in the Kaufland countries performing troubleshooting and analyzing steps
  • You prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming error reports
  • You contribute to continuous optimization of the support processes and operation of proactive and reactive problem management in order to avoid long-term disruptions are topics that you thrive on
  • You are the service contact person for application support
  • You monitor complex data flows as part of daily business
  • You take your place actively in planning and optimization of job chain control within a defined process chain
  • You are jointly responsible for expanding and updating the technical documentation and team's knowledge base
  • You support your customers during on-call duty hours and ensure system availability (after successfully finished onboarding process)


Experience and skills You will need:

  • You have a successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or business administration with a strong IT affinity, or a comparable education
  • You have good knowledge of SAP F&R, SAP CAR and SAP Retail, MM or SD
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of IT service and support
  • You have already collected operative experiences or bring a good understanding of processes within the retail sector
  • You are characterized by strong analytical skills, networked thinking and an affinity for process optimization
  • You are calm and balanced, with high level of stress resistance, allowing you to be motivated while solving problems during on-call duty hours
  • You enjoy working in an international team, being open and proactive
  • You are willing to travel to our office premises in Germany mainly during the onboarding process
  • You are fluent in English, spoken and written, and preferably have good German skills
