The impact You will create:

  • You will perform second level support in SAP users requests including problem analysis and its resolution
  • You will create and maintain users in SAP environment
  • You will assist in SAP audits and overall meetings to improve the systems and the processes
  • You will handle requests in Identity Management systems
  • You will participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation (processes, procedures, manuals etc.) in the user access management area

Experience and Skills You will need:

  • A successfully completed degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics or a similar field
  • Very good process knowledge of the daily business processes in SAP along with the setup and maintenance of Identity Management concepts and solution
  • Desire to work in a growing company with colorful people and challenging tasks
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality is an ongoing requirement at the company
  • Solid English skills; German language skills will be an advantage
  • Experience with SAP user access be a valuable
