The impact you will create:
- Advanced Incident Management: Act as a 3rd Level Subject Matter Expert within one of Europe's largest IAM infrastructures. You will manage complex incidents and service requests, ensuring classification and resolution within strictly defined SLAs.
- Stakeholder & Community Engagement: Actively participate regular Community Management meetings and take lead responsibility when needed. You will be responsible for official communications and the continuous refinement of Policy and Knowledge Management repositories.
- Problem Management & Root Cause Analysis: Identify recurring patterns and underlying problems. You will collaborate closely with IAM DevSecOps teams and Architects to implement sustainable, long-term technical solutions.
- Identity Lifecycle Operations: Manage high-level requests and incidents related to Permissions, Master Data, and Access Management. For highly specialized or deep-tier technical errors, you will coordinate escalations to specialized product support units.
Experience and skills you will need:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Experience in IAM processes, specifically in User and Role Management, is a strong advantage.
- Directory & Cloud Services: Hands-on technical skills with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), and LDAP browsers.
- Automation & Data (Advantage): Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries.
- IT Operating Models (Advantage): A solid understanding of IT operating models and service delivery is preferred.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking is essential for this role.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team and a large-scale corporate environment.
- Communication: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required. German language is a strong advantage.
