The impact You will create:
- You will operate as 3rd level expert in our support unit in one of the biggest IAM infrastructures in EuropeYou will be responsible for the tickets processing and requests classification based on type and priority within defined SLA
- You will be part of community management and official communication with Country managers, as well as dealing with Policy and Knowledge management.
- You will recognize the pattern of problems and collaborate with IAM Dev/Ops team and architects to resolve issues sustainable
- You will also be responsible for solving requests and incidents (permissions and master data management as well as access management) or forward them to the product support units in the event of technically complex errors or special cases
Experience and Skills You will need:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must for the profile
- Basic understanding of IT operating model will give you an easier start
- Ability to work in a globally distributed team as we are a huge company
- Experience in IAM processes is a strong advantage along with experience with user and role management
- Written and verbal fluency in English and German languages.
- Technical skill with LDAP browser, PowerShell, SQL, Active Directory, AzureAD and reading logfiles makes it easier for you to get started
