
The impact you will create:
- You will support and operate one of the biggest IAM infrastructures in Europe
- You can improve your technical skill to grow as a support specialist and expert for the IAM systems
- You will recognize the pattern of requests and incidents and collaborate with your colleagues to find a solution.
- You will be responsible for the ticket processing and requests classification based on type and priority within defined SLA
- You will also be responsible for the Request and Incident Management (Permissions and Master Data Management as well as Access Management) and Problem Management (Problem investigation, Qualification)
- You will create reports based on individual business needs
Experience and Skills you will need:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must for the profile
- Basic understanding of IT Operations Model will give you an easier start
- A distinct customer/service orientation combined with a hands-on mentality complete your profile
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a globally distributed team as we are a huge company
- Experience in IAM processes is a strong advantage along with experience with User and Role management
- Written and verbal fluency in English as well as basic German language skills will help you communicate effectively
- Technical skill in LDAP, ADS, Azure makes it easier for you to get started
