What you’ll do:

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition/ HR Specialist to help drive our ambitious growth plans at SMP.  In this role you will own the entire recruitment process for technical and business positions and enjoy a high degree of creative freedom to shape, execute and continuously optimize our sourcing and evaluation strategies. You can also take the opportunity to support a wide range of key HR initiatives to strengthen SMP’s unique culture and high performance team in this exciting phase of our company . 

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Own and continuously optimize the recruitment process from drafting compelling job descriptions, defining effective evaluation processes, direct sourcing, interviewing, bonding with candidates, providing poignant feedback to hiring managers and regularly analyzing your pipes’ success. 
  • Dream up and execute creative employer branding and HR marketing activities to build a pipe of strong candidates and expand on our SMP talent pool.
  • Support key HR initiatives to shape our unique remote-first company culture, continuous learning environment as well as our high-performance collaborating models and processes.    
     

What you’ll bring along:

  • Excellent English communication skills, verbally and in writing (additional German is a plus but not required)
  • University degree in the field of business/ organization/ HR or significant & relevant professional experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition/ recruiting (ideally for tech roles)
