BI / SAP BW Support Technician (m/f/d)
What You’ll Do
- You strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Service & Support department, more specifically in BI / SAP BW platforms.
- You work on daily basis in SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA or sporadically in other BI platforms, on Service & Support tasks, prioritizing, analyzing, documenting, and processing incoming requests or errors tickets.
- Your activities also include close cooperation with the specialist departments and the internal and external development departments.
- If necessary, you train the local support departments with specially created training sessions.
- Continuous optimization of the support processes and operation is one of the focus on your day- to- day.
- You handle proactive and reactive problem management to avoid long-term disruptions in the systems.
What You’ll Need
- Desired University degree in IT or similar
- You have already professional experience in Support tasks or IT projects
- Experience of at least one year in SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools is desired
- You have affinity in Business Intelligence processes & concepts: business analytics, data analysis, reporting, querying…
- Ideally you have experience handling Support Ticketing Systems
- Fluent English and German
- It motivates you when you familiarize yourself with new topics
- You are characterized by strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and an affinity with process optimization
- You enjoy working in an international team
- You are results oriented, and demonstrate a ‘can-do' attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
