Your Responsibilities

 

  • Central Control & Administration: Support in the setup, expansion, and continuous development of central SAP user and authorization services for the companies of the Schwarz Group, specifically focusing on the daily use of the User Maintenance Tool.
  • Role & Authorization Concepts: Creation, customization, and maintenance of user-defined roles and authorizations in SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and adjacent SAP systems in compliance with SoD (Segregation of Duties) rules, as well as their mapping within the User Maintenance Tool.
  • SAP PA/OM Integration: Support and conceptual design of authorization structures in the area of SAP HCM/HR (PA/OM – Personnel Administration & Organizational Management), as well as mapping of organizational assignments.
  • Contact Person & Consulting: Technical and functional consulting as a cross-system point of contact for business departments and IT colleagues regarding access requests, user management, and authorization architectures.
  • Project Work & Innovation: Active participation and support in cross-functional projects using agile methodologies (e.g., implementation/automation of SAP GRC, SAP Identity Management/IAG, Cloud Identity Services, and the optimization of workflows within the User Maintenance Tool).
  • Audit & Compliance: Execution of authorization checks, support during internal/external audits, and further development of security standards in Identity & Access Management.

 


Your Profile

 

  • Enthusiasm & Expertise: Strong interest and passion for SAP security, user management, and modern access management technologies.
  • Education & Experience: Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable IT training with relevant professional experience in an SAP environment.
  • Professional Knowledge & User Maintenance Tool Expertise (Must-Have): Proven professional experience in SAP role and user management (e.g., PFCG, SU01, SU24, SAP GRC), as well as knowledge in modules such as SAP PA/OM (HR authorizations). A mandatory requirement for this position is specific and demonstrable hands-on experience working directly with the User Maintenance Tool.
  • Analytical Strength: Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work, coupled with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Language Skills: Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
