Your Tasks:

  • Lead the execution, evaluation, and ongoing maintenance of the Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with the applicable regulation.
  • Maintain Health & Safety documentation and track key metrics (accident reports, training records, safety protocols, operational procedures, etc).
  • Serve as the main safety and prevention technical contact for Schwarz Digits Spain, the External Prevention Service, the Work Accident Health Insurance, and the Labor Authority.
  • Lead internal and external health and safety audits and inspections.
  • Conduct investigations for workplace incidents and accidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage health surveillance, medical check-ups, and health promotion actions.
  • Manage Business Activity Coordination (Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales).
  • Carrying out risk assessments, ergonomic self evaluations for remote work setups, and office hygiene assessments. 
  • Develop and maintain the Emergency Plan, manage the emergency team, and organize periodic evacuation drills.
  • Coordinate Health and Safety policies and projects across other group entities to ensure strategic alignment and compliance.
  • Initiate and execute activities leading to new or improved safety methods, protocols and processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate safety and health data, risk assessments, and trends, communicating the results to the operational leadership.
  • Develop, update, and present engaging information documents and training packages for staff onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Manage the corporate Mobility Plan, ensuring safety in commuting and promoting sustainable transport alternatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Office Management and key internal and external stakeholders to integrate the Health and Safety into all areas of the company and provide clear guidance and support.
  • Participate in procurement and tendering processes for external services.

Your Profile:

  • University Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics & Applied Psychosociology) or similar is mandatory (Spanish degree).
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience managing Health and Safety projects in office roles will be valuable.
  • Strong organizational skills in documentation management, safety compliance, and Health and Safety data analysis.
  • Proactive owner, process improver, and clear communicator.
  • Professional fluency in English.
