Your Tasks

  • International Rollout Champion: As part of our "Project Factory", you will drive the international rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) in Lidl countries. In doing so, you translate business needs into technical reality and ensure stability in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Bridge Builder: You are the interface between the proven SAP HCM world (PA/OM) and the future with SuccessFactors Employee Central. In doing so, you master the integration of on-premise and cloud.
  • Shape the Transformation: You accompany our departments through HR digitalization – from the initial SF implementation to integration with the strategic ServiceNow platform.
  • Interface Management: You manage external partners and internal stakeholders confidently. In doing so, you always keep an eye on the quality and performance of our business solutions.
  • HR IT Expertise: You dive deep into all relevant modules (PA, OM, PY, PT), constantly expand your backend expertise, and are ready to transfer this knowledge to modern cloud solutions.

 


Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong IT focus.
    SAP Foundation: You master the core SAP HCM modules (PA/OM) and understand backend data structures. Ideally, you already have initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Motivation: You love the dynamics of rollouts. "Think global, act local" is not just a buzzword for you, but daily motivation.
  • Practical Experience: You bring (initial) project or consulting experience and know how to manage implementation partners efficiently.
  • Working Style: Even when things get hectic during rollouts, you maintain focus and bring complex topics to a successful conclusion.
  • Language Skills: You communicate precisely and convincingly – in both German and English in an international context.
