PEP Support (m/f/d)
What you'll do
- Supporting international IT systems, with focus on the Shop and Warehouse Personnel planning system of the Schwarz Group.- Analyzing and working with specific tickets in the scope of work
- Build bridges of communication with key users in each country - Being a contact person for colleagues at the head office in Germany
- Be in continuous contact with other teams and work on documentation as well as knowledge transfer within the team.
What You'll Need
- Studies in IT sector, or similar experience in IT sector.
- Minimum 2 years experience in support, preferably at level 2
- Technical knowledge, IT skills and good knowledge of processes and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for process optimization is a must have
- XML databases.
- Good communication skills, customer oriented, proactive and team oriented
- Advanced level of German C1
- Advanced English level B2/C1
Would be appreciated
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Previous experience with Shift Planning Systems
- Working in a multinational company
