Your Tasks
- Learning and Development: Oversee the delivery of learning programs and career paths to drive employee upskilling and professional growth.
- Talent Acquisition and Engagement: participate in recruitment strategies, ensuring an end-to-end seamless candidate experience and a compelling employer proposition and active Employer Branding.
- DEI & Culture: Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies across the talent lifecycle.
- Tech & Optimization: Act as the technical Key User for HRIS platforms, ensuring process efficiency and data reliability.
Your Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in People Development, with a focus on training, recruitment, and talent growth.
- Expert Execution: Proven ability to manage candidate journeys, Employer Branding initiatives, and DEI workflows.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with HRIS platforms (as Success Factors).
- Languages: Minimum B2.2 level in English and/or German.
- Education: University degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
