Your tasks
- End-to-End Payroll: Manage the full monthly cycle, from incident collection to final bank files and payslip distribution.
- Compliance & Tax: Handle PIT (IRPF) and Social Security settlements (SILTRA/RED System).
- Benefit-in-Kind (BIK): Oversee fleet cars and expense claims, ensuring correct taxation.
- Audit Ready: Maintain the annual payment calendar and ensure all processes pass internal and external audits.
- Flexible Remuneration: Expert management of vouchers (Restaurant, Childcare, etc.) and Health/Travel Insurance.
- Mobility & Wellbeing: Lead the "Mobility Budget" and wellbeing initiatives.
- Employee Experience: Manage the Buddy Program, Work Anniversaries, and Sabbatical policies.
- Retention Analysis: Produce Staff Turnover Reports and analyze Exit Interviews to provide actionable insights.
- Data Mastery: Maintain a clean HR database and manage the HR Dashboard (KPIs).
- Advanced Reporting: Handle headcount tracking, project time management, and official statutory reports (INE).
- Legal Watch: Monitor Labor Law updates and apply changes to internal policies.
- Social Security Bonuses: Manage R&D (I+D+i) Social Security rebates and other legal exemptions.
- Lifecycle Admin: Manage new Hires & Terminations, contract annexes, and immigration (Extranjería) procedures.
- Absence Control: Monthly oversight of medical leaves (IT) and absences via IT4YOU.
- Global Mobility: Coordinate transfers and assignments within the Global Group.
Your Profile
- Experience: At least 5+ years in a similar role within the Spanish market.
- Education: Degree in Labor Relations (Relaciones Laborales), Law, or Business Administration.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (CBA) and Spanish Social Security systems. Proficiency in Google Sheet / Excel (for Reporting) and experience with payroll software (e.g., A3, Sage, Workday, or SAP).
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and a professional level of English (essential for reporting and communication, minimum B2.2).
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with total confidentiality, "Zero-error" mindset in payroll and legal matters, Ability to identify inefficiencies in HR admin and propose automation, comfortable communicating with Finance, Legal, and Global HQ.
