Your tasks
- End-to-End Payroll Management: Prepare and submit the monthly payroll variation files (incidents), ensuring accurate calculations and timely execution.
- Financial Oversight: Manage fund provisioning for PIT (IRPF), Social Security, and Net Payroll.
- Benefits-in-Kind: Oversee the company car fleet for payroll purposes and manage employee expense claims (approval and verification).
- Compliance: Maintain the annual payment calendar and ensure all internal procedures align with audit requirements.
- Flexible Remuneration: Administer and communicate employee benefits, including Restaurant, Transport, and Childcare vouchers.
- Wellbeing & Insurance: Manage health insurance, travel insurance, and the company’s "Mobility Budget."
- Cost Control: Monitor and report on benefit expenditure, ensuring it aligns with the company’s budget and strategy.
- Data Accuracy: Manage the HR database and provide accurate headcount and holiday tracking reports.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop internal HR metrics and handle official statutory reporting (such as INE surveys).
- Project Time Management: Track and analyze time allocation across different projects to support operational efficiency.
- CBA Management: Stay up-to-date with Collective Bargaining Agreement (Convenio Colectivo) updates and ensure their correct application.
- Labor Law Expert: Monitor changes in Spanish Labor Law and update internal policies accordingly (Paid/Unpaid leaves, Work Calendar).
- Social Security Bonuses: Manage R&D (I+D+i) Social Security rebates and other legal exemptions.
Your Profile
- Experience: At least 8-10 years in a similar role within the Spanish market.
- Education: Degree in Labor Relations (Relaciones Laborales), Law, or Business Administration.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (CBA) and Spanish Social Security systems. Proficiency in Google Sheet / Excel (for Reporting) and experience with payroll software (e.g., A3, Sage, Workday, or SAP).
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and a professional level of English (essential for reporting and communication, minimum B2.2).
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with total confidentiality.
