- "Developer First" Mindset & Sensitivity to Developer Experience (DevEx):
- Understands that their code serves not only the end user, but dozens of developers across other squads. Listens, understands, discusses, and prioritizes the needs of other developers within the context and status of the products.
- Designs APIs, boilerplates, and technical solutions focused on reducing friction, abstracting technical complexity, and enabling other teams to be as autonomous as possible.
- "Hands-On" Profile & Pragmatism:
- Highly practical approach focused on delivering value. Enjoys writing frontend, backend, and infrastructure code, resolving real blockages, and avoiding complex abstractions or unnecessary over-engineering.
- Excellent Communication & Evangelization Skills:
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions, deliver internal workshops, and write flawless integration guides.
- Autonomy & Proactivity:
- Ability to detect performance bottlenecks in tooling or developer workflows, proposing and implementing quick wins without requiring micromanagement.
Your Skills
- Backend & BFF (Backend-for-Frontend):
- Backend Ecosystem: Advanced domain in developing robust and scalable services using .NET Core / C# and Node.js (NestJS / Express).
- API Design & Resilience: Design and consumption of REST APIs, applying resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries, rate limiting).
- Modern Frontend & Micro-Frontends (MFE) Architecture:
- Core Frameworks: Expert domain in React / TypeScript or Next.js for developing complex, modular, high-performance interfaces.
- Module Federation: Hands-on experience with Webpack / Vite Module Federation for runtime dynamic loading of MFEs, managing shared scopes, and error isolation (Error Boundaries).
- Authentication & State: Management of OIDC / OAuth2 identity and authentication flows, along with global/context state management.
- Containers & Orchestration:
- Docker: Demonstrable experience in managing, optimizing images (multi-stage builds), and securing Docker containers.
- Kubernetes (K8s): Experience in orchestrating, deploying, and administering applications in K8s clusters (deployments, services, ingresses, configmaps).
- CI/CD, GitOps & Quality:
- CI Pipelines: Creation and management of Continuous Integration pipelines for build automation, executing unit/integration tests, static code analysis, and pushing images to registries (Harbor).
- GitOps & CD: Practical experience in GitOps workflows and Continuous Deployment, with a preference for ArgoCD.
- Testing: Experience in automated testing and a shift-left quality culture.
- Nice-to-Have:
- AI-Assisted Development & Agents: Experience or strong interest in AI-powered development workflows (Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, etc.), as well as integrating or developing AI agents and conversational interfaces to automate development or platform tasks.
- Cloud Computing (Multicloud & GCP): Experience in Multicloud environments. Practical knowledge and experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, Secret Manager) or involvement in cross-cloud migration projects from Azure to GCP.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform: Knowledge or experience in provisioning and automating cloud resources using Terraform, facilitating the creation of scalable, replicable environments integrated into platform deployment workflows.
- Observability: Knowledge of telemetry and traceability standards such as OpenTelemetry, as well as experience implementing and querying observability dashboards in the Grafana Stack (Prometheus/Mimir, Loki, Tempo, K6).
- Feature Flags: Management of progressive deployment workflows using Feature Flags (Unleash).
