Service Desk Specialist

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • As a contact person, you are in direct contact with our end users at the Service Desk
  • You analyze and document error situations and evaluate solutions
  • You will deal with the configuration and management of hardware such as notebooks, mobile devices, IP telephony and printers / multi-function devices
  • You support our end users when problems and questions arise
  • You solve hardware and software errors with autonomy
  • You prioritize, classify and document requests in the ticket system
  • You support the expert departments in core topics over ticket processing and behave as a multiplier for your colleagues
  • You can optionally participate in smaller projects

 

Your profile

  • You have completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist, system electronics technician, IT system manager (m / f / d)) or several years of IT professional experience
  • Desirably, you already have experience in customer and user support
  • Ideally, you have advanced knowledge in the following areas: Windows, Apple Mac OS, Active Directory, MobileIron, MECM
  • You are characterized by a very precise, systematic and absolutely reliable way of working
  • You have an open, friendly and courteous manner as well as a positive energy
  • You have good written and spoken English
