What You´ll Do     

• As a ServiceNow Engineer you strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Software Engineering department, more specifically in the ServiceNow platform.
• You will implement, develop and be responsible for IT solutions on our internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide
• You coordinate and control the development for the area of responsibility at the solution level
• You are responsible for the holistic life cycle: from the introduction to the implementation of requirements and the rollout to operation
• You analyze and coordinate the requirements and specifications of the implementation as well as the design of the solution architecture
• You will take on strategic and operational advice for internal customers
• You ensure an efficient support chain

What You´ll Need

• Desired University degree in IT or similar
• You have already professional experience in IT projects
• Experience with ServiceNow as Admin or Engineer
• Knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
• German language skills are nice to have
• Fluent English
• It motivates you when you familiarize yourself with new topics
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and an affinity with process optimization
• You enjoy working in an international team
• You are results oriented, and demonstrate a ‘can-do' attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
