Vulnerability Management Supporter (m/f/d)

We are building the international security team located in Barcelona’s tech hub, focused on detecting vulnerabilities of all the group; from the IoT devices in the stores, to the office’s procedures. 

Nevertheless we have a high level of security, you will belong to a new team that is taking over the responsibility to assure the most updated systems. 

Key responsibilities 

• Manage all vulnerability management tickets 
• Support the internal Information Security team to optimize the automation processes 
• Support internal customers in questions regarding vulnerability management 
• Perform risk acceptances in the vulnerability management platform
• Support internal customers in treating identified vulnerabilities 
• Ensure the correct treatment of vulnerabilities in the defined time frames 
   

Your profile 

• University degree in information technology or comparable education 
• Basic Knowledge of Information Security & IT-Security 
• Practical experience with Ticket Systems 
• Practical experience in Vulnerability Management is advantageous 
• Reliable, analytical, structured way of working - also in a team 
• Enjoy working directly with customers 
• English language – advanced level
