Support Store merchandise SAP MM/SD

Schwarz Global Services is a Company as a central IT service provider responsible for the selection, provision, operation and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. Schwarz IT provides IT services for Kaufland and Lidl as well. In order to optimally support the departments in their business processes with IT solutions, Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and develops professional and efficient IT solutions together with them.

Functions 

The employee is mainly responsible for the following functions always in coordination with his/her line manager:

 

  • You will support international IT landscapes with a focus on store merchandise management.
  • You process and analyses tickets related to your area of expertise
  • You will be the interface between IT and the specialist departments regarding to incident, problem and change management.
  • You are the contact person for our colleagues at home and abroad
  • You are in contact with neighboring teams and work on the documentation as well as the know-how transfer in the team.

 

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed training in the IT sector or have a comparable qualification
  • You have a basic technical knowledge, IT skills and a good understanding of processes
  • You ideally have SAP, database, SQL and / or process knowledge from the area of branch processes
  • You enjoy working in an international team
  • You are a strong communicator, customer-oriented and enjoy teamwork
  • Fluent English and German
  • Test Activities (Develops test plans together with BC and Business)
  • Quality assurance measures (CSI)
  • Work following the established guidelines regarding Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management processes.
