Key Responsibilities

Tax:

• Knowledge and experience in dealing with legal aspects related to taxation
• International Taxation Reporting
• Internal and External Tax Reporting
• Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and in a timely manner
• Execute reverse charge invoicing procedures
• Handle withholding tax processes and compliance

Treasury:

• Manage interest income calculations and reporting
• Oversee cash pooling activities to optimize liquidity within the group
• Ensure the daily cash management operations run smoothly
• Process intercompany invoices and reconcile accounts
• Review deposit statements and manage accruals
• Assist in year-end audit processes related to treasury operations
• Coordinate with Group HQ on tax matters and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Participate in the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Utilize SAP treasury modules for day-to-day operations and reporting

Finance:

• Liquidity management for SG Finance & Treasury in collaboration with a large number of international entities from different industries 
• Operating the cash pool and support during its implementation
• Managing the group intercompany financing together with the team
• Quarterly update of margin concept for internal interest calculation

Accounting:

• Accounting for Interest Accruals, Interest Income/Expense, Bank Reconciliation, Invoices in SAP
• Month-end closing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Part-qualified in tax or accountancy desirable
• Highly motivated, flexible team player, ability to work in a small team
• Strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering high-quality output
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP (Advantage)
• German language skills (Advantage)
