What You’ll Do
- You will advance our cloud - from the conceptual planning through to the implementation/validation and product maturity, you are part of the “big picture"
- You will be responsible for the surrounding system landscape for OpenStack (e.g., configuration management (Ansible), container (Kubernetes), monitoring, logging
- You will support the establishment of a high-performance cloud platform based on OpenStack
- You will manage and operate the various systems for providing the cloud platform (e.g. OpenStack, incl. modules such as keystone, nova, cinder, glance, GaleraDB, RabbitMQ) in a high-availability environment
- You will conduct problem and fault analyses and identify sustainable solutions
What You’ll Need
- You will have previous experience in establishing and operating OpenStack platforms
- You will have a passion and enthusiasm for new technologies and topics relating to Linux, OpenStack and Kubernetes
- You will have experience in troubleshooting and enjoy finding solutions
- You will be familiar with automation and are motivated to establish appropriate solutions
- You will be able to comfortably work in the Python and Bash script and programming languages
- You will have good knowledge of virtualization and containerization environments
