Schwarz IT KG is the central IT service provider and is responsible for the selection, provision, operation, and continuing development of IT infrastructure, IT platforms, and business applications. Schwarz IT provides IT services to Kaufland and Lidl, as well as to Schwarz Dienstleistung KG and Schwarz Zentrale Dienste KG. In order to provide IT solutions that optimally support the departments’ business processes, Schwarz IT addresses the departments’ requirements in consultations and works with them to develop professional and effective IT solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Join our international team in Service & Support at the Schwarz Group
  • Help our IT colleagues from Lidl, Kaufland, and other companies in the Schwarz Group resolve faults
  • Prioritize, analyze, document, and process error messages received
  • Work closely with the departments and the internal and external development departments
  • Where required, train the local support departments using training material you have prepared
  • Continually optimize support processes and carry out proactive and reactive problem management in order to reliably prevent disruption — two areas where you particularly shine
  • Act as the service contact (f/m/d) for application support
  • Support your customers during on-call duty and ensure system availability

What You’ll Need

  • A degree and/or qualification with a basis in IT
  • Initial professional experience in (application) support and operation complete your profile (experience in a store environment, logistics, production, or central ERP systems would be an advantage)
  • Passion for learning
  • Excellent analytical skills, joined-up thinking, and an affinity for process optimization
  • You enjoy working as part of an international team
  • Good German and English skills
