Schwarz IT KG is the central IT service provider and is responsible for the selection, provision, operation, and continuing development of IT infrastructure, IT platforms, and business applications. Schwarz IT provides IT services to Kaufland and Lidl, as well as to Schwarz Dienstleistung KG and Schwarz Zentrale Dienste KG. In order to provide IT solutions that optimally support the departments’ business processes, Schwarz IT addresses the departments’ requirements in consultations and works with them to develop professional and effective IT solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop our digitalization strategy for HR IT as part of a compact strategy team
  • Define specific framework conditions and manage the digital transformation from on-premises to cloud-based solutions
  • As an expert point of contact (f/m/d), provide advice to our HR department as colleagues on the digitalization of processes and the use of IT innovations
  • Create specific concepts, from the analysis of technical requirements to the development of implementation options, and from the definition of a rollout plan to support with the implementation
  • Drive the standardization of HR systems, initiate the establishment of group-wide HR data governance, and closely monitor process harmonization

What You’ll Need

 

Are you keen to advise, coach, and guide our internal customers, your colleagues, and partners on our digital transformation journey? Are you passionate about implementing digitalization?

  • Degree in (business) information systems or business administration specializing in IT or an equivalent qualification
  • At least five years’ professional experience working with IT systems in HR and a good understanding of HR processes
  • Excellent project and change management skills and a professional approach when engaging with stakeholders
  • Teamwork skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong self-motivation and quality awareness  
  • Excellent ability to quickly grasp complex issues and situations and present them to the target groups in a structured manner
  • Business fluency in German and English
