What You’ll Do

• For our newly established Support area for the STACKIT cloud you are responsible for the stable operation and administration of the cloud. You perform the following tasks:
• You are responsible for the availability of the cloud infrastructure and services
• You provide direct user support and work closely with our internal product teams
• You help to solve problems and, together with our Development Team, optimize the quality of cloud services
• You prepare documentation, manuals, tutorials, FAQs, and continue to develop our internal knowledge database
• You use creative and agile methods of collaboration to find solutions

What You’ll Need

• You consider yourself a constructive problem-solver and permanent optimizer
• You preferably have experience with cloud technologies (OpenStack, Container, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)
• You have already provided assistance in support units and have gained valuable customer experience
• You have skills in system administration
• You are professional, reliable and enjoy agile work methods
• You have very good knowledge of German and English
