What You’ll Do
- For our newly established Support area for the STACKIT cloud you are responsible for the stable operation and administration of the cloud. You perform the following tasks:
- You are responsible for the availability of the cloud infrastructure and services
- You provide direct user support and work closely with our internal product teams
- You help to solve problems and, together with our Development Team, optimize the quality of cloud services
- You prepare documentation, manuals, tutorials, FAQs, and continue to develop our internal knowledge database
- You use creative and agile methods of collaboration to find solutions
What You’ll Need
- You consider yourself a constructive problem-solver and permanent optimizer
- You preferably have experience with cloud technologies (OpenStack, Container, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)
- You have already provided assistance in support units and have gained valuable customer experience
- You have skills in system administration
- You are professional, reliable and enjoy agile work methods
- You have very good knowledge of German and English
