Agile Coach (m/f/d)

  • Support teams together with other Agile coaches to work in a scaled Agile framework


Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and coach the agile mindset and practices
  • Grow and lead agile teams with different levels of maturity
  • Identify impediments and find solutions
  • Create and facilitate agile events, workshops, and training sessions
  • Support roadmap planning, forecasting, release planning, predictability, KPI tracking
  • Promote self-organization and self-management
  • Promote constant learning and experiments and lead your team to take the right footsteps in working in a scaled Agile organization 


For line management:

  • KPI for strategic goals
  • Coaching agile leadership
  • Plan for collaborative environments like meetings and workshops, and handle dynamic changes to agendas
  • For the Agile Community of Practice:
  • Collaborate with your fellow Agile Coaches in our international Agile Community of Practice by taking part in working groups based on different development topics
  • Support change management in the organization



  • At least 2 years’ experience in Scrum/Kanban mastering and coaching
  • Experienced in coaching developers, product management and line management
  • Worked in a scaled agile structure
  • (Co-)created a scaled agile structure



  • Fluent English language required
  • At least B2 German level
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Sound understanding of the full lifecycle of software development
  • Certified knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and/or Agile Leadership
  • Knowledge of AGILE scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, Nexus
  • Knowledge of Project Management like PRINCE2, PMI recommended
  • Atlassian toolchain, MS Azure DevOps toolchain or similar recommended
