Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, obtain, and ensure completion of required documentation in regards to the purchasing topics.
  • Analyse documentation according to the guidelines (articles, prices, products).
  • Provide support in filling in the necessary documents (contracts, product details/composition).
  • Create and maintain a close relationship with the German Procurement/Purchasing Team.
  • Constant communication with stakeholders (e.g. buyers, interfaces) and with external suppliers.
  • Creation and maintenance of Purchasing Master Data.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English and German with skills of at least level B2.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working.
