The impact you will create

• Coordination, analysis, support the development of IT system solutions
• Interface between the specialist departments, internal development and other IT departments as well as external software partners
• Recording requirements for software systems and creating specification for our internal or external developers
• Development of deep process knowledge in the area of purchasing corporate social response or in the area of purchasing-quality assurance through training on the job
• Implementation of technical function tests as well as their documentation and subsequent implementation of the software solutions
• Training the international users of purchasing on the system
• Support for users in the international department and around 30 countries
• Contact person for operating and constant further development of the software even after the project has been completed
• Analyzing existing solutions on older technology platforms and perspective transfer of the current solution into a new technology

Experience and skills you will need

• Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable training with information technology focus
• First experiences in the IT project and process environment (2- 3 years)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (focus on master data) very useful
• Very good analytical, conceptual and communicative skills
• Joy in the analysis and solution processing of software requirements and IT problems
• Knowledge of sustainability management or quality assurance is an advantage
• Commitment and willingness to take over partial project responsibility and to develop professionally and personally
• Very good German and English (spoken and written)
