The impact you will create

• You act as a Line Manager for ABAP Development, .Net Development, Mendix Development, or other teams, as needed 
• You will make sure the teams you are leading follow the Schwarz Group practices and standards according to the company policies and guidelines
• You are responsible for the career and talent development of the team members you are leading
• You are part of the recruitment process for the open roles within the teams you lead
• You work in close collaboration with HR team on administrative tasks

Experience and skills you will need

• You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• You have proven experience as a Team Leader
• You have a strong background in the IT industry
• You impress with your initiative and decision-making ability and a team-oriented way of thinking
• You have an eye for identifying talented people and the ability to inspire them to perform at their optimum
• You are able to communicate in precise and empathic way, giving guidance and regular feedback
• You will collaborate with internal and international colleagues (excellent English skills are required)
• You are very well organized, diplomatic, and self-driven having the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
