Administrative Manager (m/f/d)

 

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Manager to lead and coordinate local administrative and HR processes, ensuring full compliance with national regulations and internal standards. As a key local leadership figure, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our international organizational model by overseeing people-related processes and initiatives at the country level.

You will also take a proactive role in developing local talentorganizing internships, and leading local initiatives and projects that contribute to a strong culture and community within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the operational backbone of our location while collaborating closely with international leadership.

The impact you will create

HR & Administrative Operations

  • Execute all local HR and administrative processes (working time tracking, overtime, absences, etc.)
  • Manage local implementation of the Talent Management Process (goal setting, performance reviews, development plans)
  • Drive local recruiting efforts in collaboration with central HR
  • Oversee contracting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate billing processes and compliance with labor regulations
  • Handle documentation and support for trainees, interns, and students
  • Ensure local adherence to all legal and compliance requirements

 

Internship Program & Talent Development

  • Organize and oversee the local internship program (planning, mentoring, evaluation, and conversion strategy)
  • Collaborate with engineering leads and HR to identify future talent needs
  • Provide guidance and support to interns, trainees, and junior staff

 

Local Initiatives & Culture Building

  • Coordinate local engagement projects and community initiatives
  • Support knowledge-sharing, learning events, and cross-functional collaboration within the location

 

Leadership & Strategic Support

  • Serve as the disciplinary lead for employees at the location, supporting career development and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads / Domain Engineering Leads / Engineering Directors to ensure alignment between strategic and local execution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and act as a key voice for the location in international discussions

Experience and skills you will need

  • Proven experience in administrative or HR management roles, ideally within a tech environment
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Leadership mindset with a passion for developing talent and shaping culture
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving skills
