In order to provide IT solutions that optimally support the departments’ business processes, Schwarz IT addresses the departments’ requirements in consultations and works with them to develop professional and effective IT solutions.
Your tasks
- As a Salesforce Application Consultant for Service Processes within the Group IT function, you will play a decisive role in the design and further development of our customer relationship management Service Processes
- In this challenging role, you will support our business units in analyzing requirements and implementing them on the IT side for the CRM platforms in use
- You will be the contact person for the implementation of the agreed CRM service solutions and will either implement them yourself or have them implemented by internal employees or external service providers
- You will be responsible for the design, monitoring and further development of the agile delivery process throughout the Software development life cycle
- You maintain the Backlog roadmap, manage sprint and release planning and ensure compliance with standards and specifications in backlog management
- You implement and monitor quality control processes in the context of product development
- You will develop and carry out functional tests, including managing the release and go-live process
- You will transfer the developed solutions to the productive environment and thus hand them over to the support team, which you will then share responsibility for
- You will be responsible for reporting and internal communication on product progress, risks and challenges
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, Software Engineering or a similar Degree with an IT focus or in a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in CRM processes (B2B & B2C) , including their IT-side implementation in the Salesforce service area
- Sound experience in Salesforce processes, methods and tools as well as in requirements management; in addition, knowledge of test, product and/or quality management
- Hands on knowledge of VS Code, SQL, APEX, Flow, JAVA, HTML, CSS, SF automation and dynamic content
- Have hands on experience on Software Development in other CRM Projects
- You have a sound knowledge and understanding of business and IT and are proficient in agile product management methods
- A pronounced ability to work in an international team, combined with a consulting orientation and communication skills are a matter of course for you
- You are very well organized, have the ability to assert yourself and always maintain an overview of a wide range of topics
- You have experience in stakeholder management and are able to bring colleagues and teams together to achieve a common goal
- Your strengths include analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as working in cross-functional teams
- A solution-oriented and independent approach to business goals, conceptual strength and your ability to work successfully with various stakeholders characterize you
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile
- Willingness to undertake (international) business trips if the projects require it (less than 5%)
