The impact you will create:

• Design and build optimization algorithms and machine learning models to generate demand forecasts to improve the supply chain
• Bring analytical applications from concept to production, ensuring high quality
• Maintain and enhance AI-driven products that directly influence business operations
• Develop and upkeep software tools and frameworks for deploying and monitoring AI models in production
• Work with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to integrate AI solutions into current systems and workflows
• Clearly explain complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience and skills you will need:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable production-ready code
• Demonstrated experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Kubernetes or Apache Spark
• Practical knowledge in the design and implementation of cloud native applications and cloud computing experience with at least one hyperscaler (e.g., GCP, Azure)
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML models and systems in a production environment is a plus
• Familiarity with fundamental AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, optimisation algorithms, and deep learning is a plus
