
As an AI Application Support Specialist, you will play a major part in delivering AI capabilities and solutions that enhance and transform our core retail business processes in marketing, logistics, and sales. This is a techno-functional role where you will interact with business users across the globe and process a large variety of requests and must ensure that each interaction is handled with a professional attitude and a superior level of service.

The impact you will create:
- Work directly with the business units, AI Product Managers, Data Scientists and Engineers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve requests and issues in a timely manner
- Understand the architecture of our systems and developed applications, efficiently use, and improve AI specific troubleshooting tools.
- Effectively prioritize and escalate issues to comply with Service Level Agreements, manage communication and expectations internally and with stakeholders
- Clearly and succinctly document the details around the case resolution, providing outstanding customer service and high-quality technical responses.
Experience and skills you will need:
- Customer-oriented professional with strong follow-through and clear communication, who consistently keeps commitments to projects, customers, and fellow employees
- 2-4 years of industry experience supporting or implementing software and data-driven services in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience with IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow platform or similar) and SQL for reporting, data manipulation and investigation
- Intellectual curiosity to find unusual ways to solve issues, analyze core issues and learn new technologies
- Ability to deal with stress related to escalation timeframes and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
