The impact You will create:

• Enable Large-Scale Model Serving: You will build and operate the robust infrastructure required to deploy, serve, and monitor machine learning models in production. Your focus is on the "Ops" in AIOps, ensuring our AI use cases are powered by a highly available and performant serving layer.
• Build & Scale AI Infrastructure: You will design, develop, and deploy the custom infrastructure needed for our model serving platform, taking it from concept to a hardened production system.
• Innovate with Edge Computing: You will play a key role in developing our Kubernetes-based Edge Computing product, enabling us to serve models closer to our users and data sources.
• Automate Everything: You'll continuously automate and optimize our deployment pipelines and infrastructure using modern IaC and CI/CD principles in a dynamic, cutting-edge environment.
• Ensure Platform Stability: You will proactively troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to guarantee a secure and reliable platform.
• Technical Customer Onboarding: You will have to lead deep technical discussions with customer engineering teams to understand their needs, architect a tailored integration strategy and act as the technical bridge between their team and our own.

Experience and Skills You will need:

• Core Programming Skills: Solid programming experience, with a strong preference for Go or Python.
• Kubernetes Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), including building and managing complex deployments.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform/OpenTofu and Kubernetes templating engines such as Helm or Kustomize.
• CI/CD & GitOps: A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tooling, especially Git and ArgoCD.
• Agile Mindset: You are comfortable and effective working in an agile team environment.
• Big Plus: Experience with AI model serving tools (e.g., kServe and mlflow).
