The impact you will create:

  • You will be part of the Identity and Access Management Engineering domain being responsible for the conceptualization and development of an automated and scalable solution for the governance and security of all identity and access management products. This includes reporting, auditing, risk calculation, threat detection and alerting.As the solution is in its formation phase, you will have a high impact on the future design and share the technical responsibility for architectural and implementation decisions.
  • Thus, the position requires excellent experience in former middle to large projects with the focus on efficient data handling, combined with a highly available and stable runtime environment.
  • You will be responsible for each part of the software development lifecycle.
  • Write clean, efficient and maintainable code following coding and security best practices.
  • Implement new features based on business requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Work and collaborate closely with the engineering team, product owner and stakeholders.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for the architectural system design.
  • Exploring and following relevant technologies is a part of your daily routine.

Experience and skills you will need:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in software development in a productive enterprise environment.
  • Deep knowledge in the development of Go including writing unit and integrations tests.
  • Understanding of modern design patterns and basic experience of applying them.
  • Familiarity in building applications for a Kubernetes environment based on a Microservice Architecture.
  • Up to 3 years experience in developing and maintaining APIs.
  • Hands on experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills within cross-functional international teams.
  • Openness for innovative technologies

Nice-to-Have:

  • Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM), compliance guidelines (NIST, DSGVO, PIC DSS) and security information & event management (SIEM)
  • SQL-Knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Fundamental skills in Typescript, Vue.js, Message Queue Technologies (Solace - AMQP 1.0, RabbitMQ - AMQP 0.9.1)
  • Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines or GitLab CI/CD or GitLab Runner
