The impact you will create:

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Operate and maintain media devices and support events in our Tech Theater
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Create user accounts and provide access to the networks
  • Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or online
  • Install computer peripherals for users and run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
  • Process and document the messages generated by the monitoring systems
  • Perform cabling or network connection activities

Experience and skills you will need:

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • You have experience in the administration of user accounts (Active Directory)
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft MECM, and Jamf Apple Device Management
  • You have knowledge of network devices
  • You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • You have great communication skills and a readiness to support your colleagues
  • You are a team player with a strong command of the English language; proficiency in German is a major plus
