The impact You will create:
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Create user accounts and provide access to the networks
- Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or online
- Install computer peripherals for users and run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
- Process and document the messages generated by the monitoring systems
- Perform cabling or network connection activities
Experience and skills You will need:
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant education
- You have experience in administration of user accounts ( Active directory)
- You have knowledge in Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft ECM
- You have knowledge in network devices
- You have good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- You are team player with very command of English language, German language is a great plus
