The impact you will create:

You will participate in a international team, which is responsible for the Monitoring solutions for the Schwarz Gruppe
With your skills you will have to identify, evaluate and implement methodology, technologies and automated processes to improve efficiency within the team
Identify needs and activities to significantly improve automation level within the team
Troubleshoot different kind of problems (Monitoring tool settings, OS, Storage, Networking and etc.)
Support customers in questions how to collect relevant data for visualization and create individual dashboards and panels

Experience and skills you will need:

Monitoring Tools: Proven knowledge in working with Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana.
System Administration: Solid expertise in both Windows and Linux Server Administration.
Infrastructure: General understanding of Networking and Storage principles.
Automation: Practical experience with Ansible and/or Python (considered a strong asset).
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work effectively within an international virtual team with a proactive communication style.
Work Ethic: High level of independence, accuracy, and reliability in executing tasks.
