The impact You will create:

• You identify and analyze business and user requirements with the help of user journey maps, surveys and interviews
• Using agile methods, you conduct creative workshops with users and departments (including design thinking, ideation workshops) and create user-centered concepts with an optimal user experience and an appealing user interface
• You validate and evaluate design solutions with the help of wireframes and prototypes as well as analytics data and derive appropriate recommendations for action
• You create visually high-quality and modern screen designs
• You will work closely with product managers, developers and other professionals from different countries in an agile environment
• You develop design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and usability
• You actively follow the industry trends and best practices in the area of UX design and apply this knowledge to user concepts and user interfaces

Experience and skills You will need:

• You have several years of experience in product development and product design in agile and cross-functional teams
• You have experience in the development of cloud-based products
• You have an excellent eye for current design trends and modern, aesthetic layouts
• You are able to transform complex, technical requirements into simple and logical concepts
• You have knowledge of user research and evaluation methods
• You are an expert in Figma, design thinking is no stranger to you and you are familiar with UX methods
• You are fluent English both written and verbal. German is a great advantage
• Please attach an (online) portfolio with meaningful work samples to your application documents. The focus should be on the methodical approach in the UX process.
