Process Expert - Service Level Management/ Global Service&Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As an SLM Junior Process Expert (m/f/d), you will support the operational implementation of Service Level Management topics within the ITSM context.
You have the opportunity to actively participate in the development and conception of processes and to take responsibility there
You support our colleagues (m / f / d) in project management as well as in the daily business
You participate in the consultation of our process in the entire group of companies
You support our team with tasks in various interface areas such as Incident Management or Escalation Management

Your profile

You have a degree in business informatics or similar courses of study and would like to apply the knowledge you have already gained in practice
You enjoy exploring new complex relationships and gaining experience in challenging projects
It sounds exciting to you to consider different points of view and requirements and to think in terms of processes
You have good analytical, conceptual skills and a talent for communication
You are very confident in using MS Office and Google Workspace
You have good spoken and written skills in German and English
