Your Tasks:

  • Requirements elicitation support: gather requirements from our eCommerce stakeholders and document them in JIRA/Confluence.
  • Keep our projects documentation up to date.
  • Update existing solution functional documentation.
  • Update/Enhance User Manual.
  • Create new functional documentation for our features.
  • Help validate requirements implementation.
  • Deal with any support requests and liaise between end user and the Team.
  • Learning on a PO path - shadow and support the PO in meetings with Team/Stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • You are a quick learner.
  • You are a great communicator and are able to deal in a respectful manner with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • You are familiar with IT project management concepts and IT development concepts without the need to program.
