Service & Support Specialist PEP (m/f/d)


What you'll do

  • Supporting international IT systems, with focus on the Shop and Warehouse Personnel planning system of the Schwarz Group.- Analyzing and working with specific tickets in the scope of work
  • Build bridges of communication with key users in each country - Being a contact person for colleagues at the head office in Germany
  • Be in continuous contact with other teams and work on documentation as well as knowledge transfer within the team.

What You'll Need

  • Studies in IT sector, or similar experience in IT sector.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in support, preferably at level 2
  • Technical knowledge, IT skills and good knowledge of processes and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for process optimization is a must have
  • XML databases.
  • Good communication skills, customer oriented, proactive and team oriented
  • Advanced level of German B2+ / C1
  • Advanced English level B2/C1

Would be appreciated

  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Previous experience with Shift Planning Systems
  • Working in a multinational company
