At the same time, we operate as an independent provider in the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. We bundle our core services in the areas of Cloud, Cyber Security, Data & AI, Communication, and Workspace.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will be the technical backbone of our collaboration ecosystem. We don’t just "click" workflows; we engineer solutions. You will be responsible for the configuration, scaling, and deep-level customization of Jira Service Management (JSM) and Jira Software, ensuring that our customers from Europe receive word-class support.

The Impact You Will Create

  • Architect & Configure: Design and implement complex project configurations, custom workflows, and advanced permission schemes in Jira Software and JSM.
  • Scripting & Customization: Develop high-end automations and scripted fields using Groovy (ScriptRunner) or similar tools to extend Jira beyond its native capabilities.
  • ITSM Excellence: Build and optimize JSM portals, including the configuration of Assets (Insight) for CMDB and advanced SLA management.
  • Operations & Maintenance: Ensure the stability and performance of our Atlassian stack, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and app management.
  • Integration & API: Connect Jira with third-party systems via REST APIs and Webhooks to create seamless end-to-end processes.
  • Consulting: Act as a technical advisor for internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.

Experience and Skills You will Need

  • Technical Mindset: You have a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in technical system administration.
  • Atlassian Pro: Proven experience in administering Jira Software and Jira Service Management (Data Center or Cloud).
  • The "Scripter": You are comfortable writing code. Experience in Groovy (highly preferred), Java, or Python is a must to handle complex customizations.
  • Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
  • Analytical Thinker: You don't just fix symptoms; you find the root cause and build scalable solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a plus but not a requirement for our international hubs.
