The impact you will create:

• Cloud Architecture & Engineering: Develop and manage innovative, scalable cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Backend Mastery: Take charge of backend development using C# .NET (and Go).
• IaC & CI/CD Evolution: Take ownership of our infrastructure automation heavily using Terraform (IaC). You will be a key player in planning and executing our CI/CD migration from Azure DevOps to GitLab (YAML).
• Observability & Operations: Implement and elevate our system monitoring and observability by introducing and leveraging Grafana Cloud.
• Full-Stack & Quality Assurance: Maintain essential frontend components (HTML/JS), ensure robust software quality through unit/integration testing, and actively shape our system architecture and code reviews.

Experience and skills you will need:

• Cloud & Infra Expertise: You have at least 5+ years of experience in cloud solution development (ideally Azure) with a deep, hands-on passion for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and advanced CI/CD pipelines (YAML).
• Tech Stack: You possess strong knowledge of .NET/C#, solid understanding of web technologies, and proven experience with NoSQL databases - especially MongoDB.
• Observability Mindset: You understand the importance of system reliability and have experience or strong interest in modern observability platforms like Grafana Cloud.
• Education: You have a university degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification/practical experience.
• AI Integration: First practical experience with Agentic AI tools, frameworks, or autonomous agents.
• Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with GitLab (CI/CD), Go, GCP
