The impact you will create:

Develop and maintain backend microservices serving one of the biggest software systems which operates in all Kaufland stores in Europe
Regularly enhance the overall software quality and implement good practices
Creating clean, well-documented, maintainable code with high test coverage
Supporting our agile development team in designing, creating and implementing ambitious software solutions for our internal systems in an agile way (Scrum/Kanban)

Experience and skills you will need:

Successfully finished computer science studies or a comparable professional education
Backend development knowledge (Development and Testing, Operations and Security, etc.)
Working experience with any Java/Kotlin BE frameworks (at least 5 years)
Working experience with relational and non-relational database (at least 3 years)
Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud environment
Working experience with Angular (or similar front end framework), TypeScript, HTML, SCSS
Knowledge of CI/CD build pipelines
Strong English verbal and written skills
