Your Tasks

• You lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers. You are responsible for coaching, career development, and resolving technical and organizational impediments.
• You coordinate and are responsible for the conception, adaptation, and implementation of critical Developer Experience tools, internal platforms (e.g., Developer Portals, CI/CD pipelines), and cloud-specific modules.
• You ensure that all development tools and processes adhere to technical governance requirements, Cloud Native development best practices, and security and compliance mandates.
• You define and optimize the end-to-end developer workflows (e.g., from "commit" to "deploy") within the STACKIT Cloud environment to ensure high efficiency and enhance developer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for making the DevExp platform future-proof, setting the course for scalability and the adoption of new cloud technologies.

Your Profile

• You have excellent knowledge of Golang.
• You have experience in setting up and operating distributed systems on a large scale.
• You have initial experience in managing teams or project groups in a technical environment, or you demonstrate strong interest and potential for a leadership role.
• You have practical and in-depth experience with Agile working methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
• You possess an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, coupled with strong communicative and organizational skills.
• A strong team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across functions are natural for you.
• You are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
